Mr. Ayaazkhan was conferred the ORA Lifetime Achievement Award with a citation and a cheque for rupees ten lakhs as a token of our collective appreciation for his steadfast belief in each RkCian over the past 58 years that Sir was associated with RkC, 1960 to 2008. Yogesh Wadhwana the ORA President shared happenings at the ORA in the last few months:

1. RKC Alumni meet in March 2022 at the Ranjit Vilas Palace, Rajkot.
2. Launched our new website https://ORArajkot.com in August 2022.
3. Installed Miss Cooper’s bust in August 2022, and this event was webcast live as well.
4. In November 2022, thanks to the effort of Old RkCian Sujan Chinoy, a War Trophy Tank was gifted and inaugurated at the school. ORA members were invited to participate in this proud moment at RkC.
5. ORA members were invited to Annual Athletics Meet in January 2023.
6. In January 2023 the ORA for the first time ever, began issuing its members a digital membership card, the ORA Card. So far 876 ORA cards have been issued. The card is issued at no charge! To apply please visit https://orarajkot.com/sign-up.
7. The ORA Day was celebrated on 29th January with the largest turnout ever.
8. ORA members were invited for the Prize Distribution Ceremony and the ORA gives a trophy for the best behaved  Boy and Girl.
9. In May 2023 we launched a Whatsapp group for all ORA members to keep the updated about the ORA programs and activities as well as RkC News.
10. During the last 12 months ORA has registered itself to receive donations under 80G of the Income Tax act and to receive CSR funds as well.
11. The ORA has arranged for the Principal to meet ex students in New Delhi,  Mumbai and now Ahmedabad.
